  3. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  4. Deposit amount: 10% non-refundable.
    ( This amount may be higher for apartments during weekend stays or for reduced rates.)
  5. Payments may be made by Credit Card, Money Order or Traveler's Cheques.
  6. Personal cheques are also accepted if from Canadian institutions.
  7. The amount balance must be paid in cash, traveler's cheque or credit card upon your arrival.
If you want to change your reservation or if you want to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before 4:00 p.m. the day of arrival.Otherwise you will be charged for the first night.Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
If the reservation is not canceled, the total price of the stay will be charged.
